Questions
When is the Black Friday sale?
From Friday 20 November until the end of Monday 30 November 2026 (UK time). The prices go back to normal on Tuesday 1 December.
What are the Black Friday prices?
Single £8, Duo £14, Trio £20 and Family (4 tags) £25, against the usual £10, £18, £26 and £32. UK delivery is free, and there's no subscription, ever.
Does it include the Small, the Mini and the personalised tag?
Yes. Every colour, all three sizes (the standard 40 mm tag, the 34 mm Small and the 29 mm Mini) and the personalised back, which is still +£3 a tag, so a personalised tag is £11.
Can I use a discount code as well?
No: the Black Friday price is lower than any of our codes, so they don't apply on top during the sale. A finder's or friend's 20% would come to more than £8 a tag.
Will it arrive for Christmas?
Order by Wednesday 16 December (Tuesday 15 December for Small, Mini and personalised tags, which are made to order). We post the next working day, and Royal Mail's last 2nd Class posting day before Christmas is Friday 18 December.
Can I send one as a present?
Yes. Put their name and address in at checkout. They set it up by scanning it with their phone camera; their pet's page is free for life.
Gift ideasWhat if it's not right?
The standard, Small and Mini tags can be posted back within 14 days of arriving for a full refund. Personalised tags are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind, but anything wrong with one is always put right.
